Designed by P&T Group in Gothic and Baroque style inspired by European Renaissance architecture, each unit combines commercial space across the lower 3–4 floors with a private residential apartment on the upper 2 floors, each with two separate ownership certificates.

The tradeoff is consistently high ambient noise — the project sits in the commercial and hospitality core — and a very high entry price (from VND 66.5 billion) that suits only buyers whose lifestyle aligns with the shophouse format.
