Homeowner: A solid choice for homeowners who can work nearby or accept Hóc Môn's commute in exchange for the full Vingroup ecosystem at suburban prices. When operating, the 36-facility Vinschool network, Vinmec hospital, Vincom Mega Mall, and 117 hectares of parks will put this project in a different class from any northwest HCMC suburban peer. The key caveat: none of it is running yet, no pink books have been issued, and the drive to District 1 exceeds 30 minutes even after Ring Road 3 opens.
