One of the very few Da Nang beachfront villa projects with proper long-term pink books and the lowest density in segment — both genuine moats. Tradeoff is steep entry (16.5+ tỷ for the smallest 1BR) and modest 3-4% rental yield, so this is a use-it-yourself second home buy, not an investor play.
