Until the QL22 widening and Ring Road 3 become operational, rush-hour commute to District 1 remains 90-120 minutes each way.
→ Ring Road 3 (76 km, 8 lanes) passes directly through the project area, providing expressway bypass of QL22 congestion. QL22 being widened to 60m with 10 lanes and 7 flyovers at major intersections.
