Hudson Place (S4) is the most recently launched tower in Capital Square 3, named after New York's Hudson River. The tower is positioned for unobstructed Han River and Dragon Bridge views. New 1-bedroom units of approximately 46 m² represent the most accessible entry point in the project.
Balanced for both homeowners and investors.
One of the strongest Han River-front bets in Da Nang — the 'city within a city' scale, private marina, and 1,014 foreign-eligible units are hard to match anywhere on the river. Main tradeoff is the busy arterial intersection and a 3,391-unit supply that may moderate rental yields as more towers complete.
Homeowner: A decent riverside choice for homeowners who want a central, walkable address and can wait. Vincom Plaza, a supermarket, 199 Hospital and the Han River embankment are all within walking range, and a central park, retail boulevard and marina are planned. The tradeoffs are very high density, loud traffic at the junction, typhoon-season flood exposure, and a Q1 2027 handover target with pink books not expected before about Q4 2027.
Investor: A tourism-and-foreign-buyer thesis that is still unproven. The 1,014 foreign-eligible units, the My Khe Beach location and the airport expansion support demand, but there is no resale or rental track record yet, asks of roughly VND 85-97M/m² are developer prices only, and 3,391 units will reach the market together. Treat pink-book timing and closed comparables as conditions of buying.

Da Nang riverfront apartments have consistently outperformed inland projects over the past cycle; scarce Han River land and sustained tourism-driven demand support a price floor. The combination of phased supply releases and a dedicated foreign-ownership tranche provides a degree of demand segmentation uncommon in the Da Nang market.
