1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Domo application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Domo is an online real estate platform in Vietnam that allows:
- Searching and viewing property information
- Connecting buyers/renters with property owners and agents
- Posting property listings for sale/rent
- Receiving notifications about suitable properties
Note: Domo is a connecting platform only and does not directly participate in real estate transactions.
3. User Accounts
Account Registration:
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account
- Registration information must be accurate and complete
- You are responsible for securing your login information
- One person may only create one account
Account Responsibility:
- You are responsible for all activities in your account
- Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
- Update information when changes occur
4. Usage Rules
Permitted:
- Using the app for personal and legal commercial purposes
- Posting accurate and legal property listings
- Contacting other users through the platform
Prohibited:
- Posting false or fraudulent information
- Using the app for illegal purposes
- Spamming or harassing other users
- Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission
- Attacking, hacking, or damaging the system
- Creating fake accounts
5. Content and Listings
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant Domo the right to use content to operate the service
- Content must comply with Vietnamese law
Listing Standards:
- Property information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Images must be real and not excessively modified
- Pricing must be clear and transparent
- Duplicate listings are not allowed
We reserve the right to remove violating content without prior notice.
6. Transactions and Payments
Domo's Role:
- Domo is only a connecting platform, not a transaction intermediary
- Transactions occur directly between buyers/renters and property owners
- Domo does not process payments for real estate transactions
User Responsibility:
- Thoroughly check property information before transactions
- Complete legal procedures as required by law
- Take responsibility for your transaction decisions
7. Service Fees
Domo may apply fees for certain premium services:
- Priority listing placement
- Listing advertisements
- Other advanced features
Service fees will be clearly communicated before application.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Domo app and all content (except user content) is owned by Domo, including:
- App design and interface
- Domo logo and brand
- Source code and technology
- Database and algorithms
9. Limitation of Liability
Domo is not responsible for:
- Accuracy of property information provided by users
- Quality or legal status of properties
- Disputes between buyers/renters and property owners
- Financial losses from real estate transactions
- Technical issues causing service interruptions
10. Service Termination
You may:
- Delete your account at any time
- Stop using the app without notice
We may:
- Temporarily suspend or delete violating accounts
- Discontinue service with 30 days advance notice
- Change or discontinue specific features
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to using Domo will be resolved through:
- Step 1: Direct negotiation with Domo
- Step 2: Mediation at Vietnam Arbitration Center
- Step 3: Competent courts in Vietnam
Vietnamese law applies to all disputes.
12. Terms Changes
We may update these terms of service. Significant changes will be notified through:
- In-app notifications
- Email to registered users
- Website updates
Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
13. Applicable Law
These terms of service are governed by Vietnamese law and comply with:
- Real Estate Business Law 2014
- Consumer Rights Protection Law 2010
- Network Information Security Law 2015
- Other related legal documents
